MEMBERSHIP CHARGES

  • The membership fee is an annual subscription used to cover third-party insurance and other running costs. 
  • The charge for each walk covers the cost of fuel and parking charge for each walk. 
  • There is a one-off joining fee of £3.50 plus subscriptions as follows. Annual payment can be by cash, digital payment or standing order. Quarterly payment is only available when paying by standing order.

  • Children for 10-13 are free but must be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian
  • Children 16 - 18 can attend without an adult and only pay the walk price but must be the child of a member

After a first free walk, non-members are welcome to continue to join the occasional walk but with an additional walk charge of £3.00 per walk. Contact the membership secretary for details of other rates. 
  
MILEAGE PAYMENTS


Milages are calculated on google maps routes from the pickup point to the start of the walk and return to the pickup point. 
  
Assistance with fuel costs is given to drivers based on the following.

  1. Private Petrol car - £tba per mile
  2. Private Diesel car - £tba per mile
  3. Private Hydrid Car - £tba per mile *
  4. Private Electric Car - £tba per mile *
  5. Company petrol car – £tba per mile
  6. Company diesel car – £tba per mile
  7. Company Hydrid Car - £tba per mile *
  8. Company Electric Car - £tba per mile *

 

* hybrid and electric vehicle miles charges are currently being evaluated and we may choose to change the  mile rates without  notice
